Fida’s Cafe Launch – Help Bring Caribbean Food To Lexington
Help bring Caribbean food to Lexington!!!
There’s a need for a Caribbean food restaurant in the Lexington area. With recent revitalization of the North Limestone (NoLi) district, the opportunity for great, new cuisine options are expanding!
Currently, there are no vendors serving Caribbean food. They want to fill this need by providing Lexington with a Caribbean food cafe— a cafe where you can meet, eat and play— a cafe where you can enjoy Caribbean culture and the great foods and drinks it has to offer.
To do this, They need your help!!!
Fida’s Caribbean Cafe will serve affordable, high-quality, quick-service Caribbean food, coffee, and tropical cocktails. Our plan is to convert an old tire shop into a small and trendy Caribbean cafe. To make this happen we need your help, Lexington!
Their family has invested time, sweat, and thousands of dollars of savings to make this happen. They have purchased restaurant equipment, business and operating licenses, uniforms, and a website. We’ve also done the research to find the best place to open their cafe.
The revitalized and vibrant NoLi district of Lexington shows promise to be a great home for their Caribbean cafe. Through the help of Adam Boardman of Block + Lot, they found the perfect space for our cafe on the corner of Bryan and E. Loudon Avenue.
