Two Guyanese chosen amongst thousands in young leaders’ initiative
Georgetown: Two Guyanese were chosen after an extensive Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) 2016 selection process where approximately 4,000 applicants from entrepreneurs in 36 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean were screened. The rising young business and social entrepreneurs are Guyanese YLAI fellows Dason Anthony and Abbigale Loncke.
They will commence the programme shortly. The Latin American and Caribbean entrepreneurs participated in a successful pilot YLAI fellowship program in spring 2016, creating the beginning of a vibrant network of entrepreneurs in the Western Hemisphere.
